Welcome to Hinckley Parks and Recreation!
The Hinckley Parks and Recreation Department was founded on January 4, 1993, to serve the community of Hinckley, Illinois. We support and maintain three area parks and offer a variety of classes and programs to meet the needs of our community.
The Hinckley Parks and Recreation Department is governed by an Advisory Board. The Advisory Board meets bi-monthly beginning in January. Special meetings will be scheduled as issues merit. Changes or additions to the existing schedule will be posted at the Hinckley Village Office. The meetings are held at the Hinckley Village Office at 720 James Street in Hinckley and begin at 6:30 pm.
Advisory Board meetings are open to the public.
